Role Purpose:

A totally customer focused role, delivering excellent customer service, achieving personal sales and House of Fraser account card targets.

Key Activities - Sales and Service:
  • Effectively demonstrate the Benefit Magic Formula with every customer
  • Maintain effective counter coverage
  • Demonstrate a positive can do attitude
  • Willing to support others in meeting House of Fraser and Benefit objectives
  • Awareness and achievement of individual sales targets
  • Introduce store card to every customer and achieves targets for openings and penetration
  • Aware of all current store promotions
  • Ensure you and your team use the 3 benefit sales and marketing skills

Key Activities - Standards and Stockloss:
  • Ensure that the Benefit environment is kept clean and hygienic at all times by the team members at all times
  • Maintain high visual merchandising, housekeeping and replenishment standards
  • Understand the impact of losses to business and take ownership to minimise department losses
  • Effective communication with Account Manager to ensure they are aware of all issues relating to the Benefit business
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Achievement of individual sales goals as agreed with account Manager. Average productivity should be £30 and or at least 2 units per customer
  • Deliver successful mystery shop results. Achievement of Department stockloss targets. Demonstrates effective communication with Accounts Manager
  • Merchandise Guidelines compliance
  • Consistently demonstrates excellent selling skills measured by observation document
  • Achievement of individual House of Fraser account card targets
  • Achievement of department weekly targets
Skills and Knowledge Required:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service standards
  • Experience of working in a service environment
  • Understanding of a sales process and sales targets
  • High level of personal presentation
