Human Resources Operations Intern - Jumia - Internship (6 months)

Main Responsibilities :
  • Ensure a proper onboarding of all new staff
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (absence, annual leave, maternity leave, new joiners, leavers...)
  • Staff administration
  • Relation with Health Care provider (staff complaints, new staff enrollment...)
  • Update of the internal HR platform to ensure clean and up to date information
  • Follow up on offboarding process for all leavers
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Participation in HR projects
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • 1 - 2 years experience in a Human Resources Management
  • Perfect knowledge of local labour law
  • Good communication skills (Writting & Speaking)
  • Organizational skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Team spirit
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and in a very short notice timing
