Recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling employees to ensure adequate staffing for store operations.
Setting and achieving sales targets, implementing promotions, analyzing sales data, and identifying ways to increase customer footfall and sales.
Managing stock levels, ordering new products, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the store's overall operational efficiency.
Ensuring high-quality customer service, handling customer queries and complaints, and creating a positive shopping experience.
Overseeing budgets, managing financial records, and reporting to senior management.

A degree in business management.
4 to 6 years experience as Shop Retail Manager in Angola.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Natural leadership abilities.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent customer service skills.
