Service Engineer

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical services related to flow measurement systems, fiscal metering, fluid control systems, and instrumentation. The role involves field technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as assisting the technical office with mission preparation, procurement and commercial activities.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform verification, calibration, maintenance, and repair of flow measurement systems, fluid control systems, and instrumentation;
Provide technical assistance to clients and support troubleshooting and problem resolution;
Support the technical office in the preparation and planning of field missions;
Provide technical support during onshore and offshore interventions;
Assist with technical and commercial activities;
Support the technical office in mission preparation, client technical assistance, commercial activities, and procurement;
Promote integrity and enforce a high level of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) practices in accordance with company policies;
Support procurement activities, including the identification and sourcing of technical equipment and materials;
Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies, procedures, and standards;
Promote a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility;
Prepare technical information and documentation related to field interventions and maintenance activities;
Maintenance services for fiscal metering and instrumentation systems. Technical office support.

Degree in Electronic/Electromechanical Engineering or an equivalent field;
Relevant experience in fiscal metering system technical services;
Minimum 5 years of experience
English and Portuguese (mandatory)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Good technical and analytical skills;
Customer-oriented approach;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to QHSE standards;
Good communication and organisational skills;
Ability to work effectively under field conditions and in demanding technical environments.
