On-site Health and Safety Deputy Manager – 400kV Substation Project
Location: Project site, outside Luanda Province, Angola
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of relevant Health and Safety experience
5+ years of similar experience on 400kV projects
Experience on at least 2 completed projects
Fluent English communication
Responsibilities:
Support the EHS Manager in all site Health and Safety matters
Ensure compliance with project and local HSE regulations
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety training
Assist in incident investigation and reporting
Requirements
