Description

Provide Administrative support tom project managers and the wider project team
Assist with the compilation and preparation of project invoices in accordance with contract requirements
Submit invoices to project managers for review and assist with required corrections or revisions
Coordinate and obtain approval/sign-off of project timesheets
Prepare and purchase order requisitions using SIMA system
Collaborate with the project management to ensure timely invoicing, cost tracking, and reporting
Support project reporting by gathering and organizing relevant Data
Liaise with finance, procurement, and other internal departments to ensure timely processing of project deliverables.
Maintain organized and up-to-date projects records, documentation, and filing Systems.
Ensure the quotes received from logistics coordinators/ Supervisors/ project managers are accurately captured and processed through the financial system timeously
