CLIENT ADVISOR

This position reports to the Senior Client Advisor and Branch Manager. The main job purpose is to actively promote the Bank ́s products and services while consistently offering high quality customer service.

Your main duties will include:

• Deposit mobilization;
• Acquisition of new customers and relationship management for existing clients;
• Ensuring the highest degree of customer retention;
• Cross selling of all bank products and services;
• Fulfilling front office functions;
• Personal and corporate account opening, handling national and international payment orders;
• Ensuring that all clients and applicants are provided with accurate and timely information regarding their interaction with the Bank;
• Implementation of Know-Your-Client and Anti Money Laundering procedures;
• Fulfilling given targets and meeting set goals.

Your minimum qualifications and competencies should be:

• Diploma in Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems or any other related qualification;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability and willingness to work in a team;
• Accurate data entry skills;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft package i.e. Excel, Word;
• Basic knowledge of Zambian financial sector and banking market;
