Receptionists x8 at AB Bank Zambia Limited

AB Bank Zambia is currently undergoing a considerable enhancement of its brand image, as well as expanding the range of products and channels offered. In order to support the bank in this journey, we are currently recruiting Receptionists.

In this position, you will report directly to the Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager. You will be the face of AB Bank, and the first point of contact for customers entering AB Bank branches. As such, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service and creating a professional and friendly image for AB Bank

Among other responsibilities, you are expected to;

• Welcome all customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure that customers are directed to the relevant areas of the banking hall
• Respond to customers’ questions and enquiries
• Ensure that the banking hall is always in perfect order
• Ensure that all marketing materials in the banking hall are always properly arranged
• Ensure that the overall image of the branch is at all times spotless

• A professional and welcoming attitude
• A desire to excel in customer service
• Excellent command of English language
• Very good oral and written presentation skills
