We are looking for an individual to fill the position of Office Administrator at our organisation. The post holder is responsible for
- Answering and directing phone calls from clients and suppliers.
- Timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions and adjustments.
- General administration of the office, documentation and archiving tasks ensuring proper record keeping
- Maintaining a filing system.
- Ordering office supplies and researching new deals for tenders and suppliers and assist the Quantity surveyor follow up rates/quotes.
- Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in accounting or similar field, a degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 2years working experience as an office administrator or accountant
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
