A leading provider of short term insurance solutions is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below.

MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER

The incumbent will report to the Managing Director and will perform the following duties, among others;

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives through new  business development.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives and developing annual  sales quotas for regions where the company operates.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives.
• Identifies marketing opportunities and development of new products to meet customers’ needs.
• Improves product marketability and profitability
• Sustains rapport with key stakeholders.
• Protects organisation’s values and reputation on the market place.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• Must hold a recognised Marketing and Sales Degree from a reputable
  institution.
• Have a minimum Grade 12 educational qualification.
• At least three (3) years relevant experience.
• Insurance experience will be an added advantage.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.
