Sales and Marketing Manager at AGS Frasers Zambia

AGS Frasers Zambia, an international removals, relocation and records management Company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Manager. This position reports to the Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake marketing to offer best exposure to the services on offer.
• Achieve required sales profitability, growth and expansion in the market by effectively selling the company’s services.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing contracts; integrating contract requirements with client requirements.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers across all services.
• Develop creative strategies to retain existing clients
• Capture, assess and oversee implementation of new business and sales ideas in the company.
• Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities and establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• Enhance the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different client requests.
• Demonstrate services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Educational Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven results of sales performance in relation to set targets
