Responsibilities

• Delivery of the Annual Marketing Plan
• Formulation and Implementation of the Marketing Strategy.
• Ensuring that the company achieves all the set marketing performance indicators like market share ,awareness and loyalty.
• Coordinating the day to day execution of marketing plans to ensure speed and effectiveness.
• Market Research and competitor intelligence, Customer Relationship Management.
• Coordinating all marketing activities within the company, initiating , planning, directing and managing the implementation of the marketing strategy.
• Increase Market Leadership

Skills and Competences

• Good Communicator, leadership skills and someone who works with minimum supervision.
• Degree in Marketing
• MBA or Equivalent is an added advantage 2 years minimum experience at a senior level.
