Credit Officer at Astro Mobile Zambia Limited

This role is mainly responsible for preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information and calculating risk ratios as well as ensuring proper management of assigned portfolio.

Main Duties

1. To ensure assigned portfolios are properly managed to ensure arrears levels remain at the minimum levels.

2. To ensure growth of the assigned portfolio in line with organisational goals and objectives.

3. To all credit applications are screened and vetted in line with company policy and international best practises.

4. Ensure arrears management process is adhered to and action is swiftly taken on all overdue accounts.

5. Ensure a zero tolerance of arrears environment.

Personal Attributes

1. At least 3 years relevant experience

2. Degree in Business Studies/ Accounting/ Banking and Finance
