IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible:
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure and ensures operational functionality through testing, monitoring, and timely upgrades
• Preserves company assets by implementing and maintaining disaster recovery, back-up, and information security and control structures and processes
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for effective computer systems deployment and operations
• Works with team members to facilitate the training and effective utilization of computer-supported systems and applications
• Advises and recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by working with management in evaluating process outcomes, identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements
• Partners with management in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions, and major modifications to the company’s network infrastructure
• Leads the procurement, development, installation, and maintenance of various software applications
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective action
• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

·         BSc Computing Degree or equivalent

·         MCITP

·         CCNP

·         ITIL

·         VCP or other Virtualization Certification
