FLEET MANAGEMENT OFFICER (1)

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager – Administration, the job holder will be responsible for assisting in daily administrative support needs and management ofthe company’s fleet.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Maintain the company fleet, assist with procuring goods and services
  • efficiently, manage logistics and assets for the organisation
  • Ensure that company vehicles are road worthy and have ownership and
  • other required documents.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors e.g. fuel stations, garages, regulators
  • and other vendors
  • Preparation and submission of monthly fuel usage analysis
  • Monitor the servicing of vehicles in a timely and well-scheduled manner
  • Process all insurance claims and repair of damage to vehicles involved on
  • road traffic accidents
  • Monitor and control vehicle usage, traffic violations and locations.
  • Ensure that all company vehicle users adhere to the company vehicle
  • usage manual.

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3 years’ experience
  • A valid and clean Zambian/ SADC driver’s license. Minimum class B.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Supervisory and general administrative skills
