• Staff Recruitment
• Training and Development
• Performance Management
• Compensation
• Industrial Relations
• Staff Welfare
• Office Administration
• Reports Generating
• Records Management

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role preferably in a Transport and logistics company.
• Good oral and written communications with the ability to initiate and draft correspondence
• English language fluency required.
• A registered and paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management.
