We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Provide full admin support to the team and department
- Assist in Visa application.
- Organise travel arrangements for managers .
- Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative problems.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
- Create and maintain useful databases for the department.
- Perform some research duties as and when required by the managers.
- Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Should be between 20-30 years old
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Proactive and well organized
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
