Human Resource Officer

We are looking for a vibrant, Knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to undertake the position of Human resource officer at our Lusaka Branch

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all human resource records and inventories
• Prepare and submit monthly National pensions scheme Authority Returns
• Ensure precise and adequate Budget control, Administration and maintenance
• Chair disciplinary meetings
• Prepare Daily, weekly and Monthly HR Reports
• Work hand in hand with supervisors and Finance department to ensure that all statutory rules and regulations are adhered to
• Be a part of the recruitment and selection process
• Carry out Employee Induction and Training programs
• Assist with workers compensation fund control board annual returns submission

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma /or Degree in Human resource management
• Minimum of Three (3) years working experience
• Knowledge of Human resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Excellent Administrative management
• Hands on Experience dealing with payroll
• Computer literate in all Microsoft office suite of Application
• Ability to learn and draft a variety of job descriptions
• Excellent report writing in both Word and Excel
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
