Our Office currently requires the services of a Human Resources Manager who will be reporting into the Human Resources Director – Southern Africa Region. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. He /she will be responsible for developing and implementing the Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The incumbent will also be responsible for execution of talent management program, Learning & Development Strategy, Rewards & Benefits strategy, Headcount strategy and maintaining an optimum Organizational Design Model.
