Key Deliverables

  • Practical understanding of the HR Business Partnership Model.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and Procedures for the business.
  • Proven experience in resolving complex employee relation issues and grievances.
  • Ability to work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Management of employee attendance system.
  • Ability to interpret HR policy to employees and the management team.
  • Coordinate Training and Development Strategies.
  • Coordinate Performance Management Process.
  • Represent the company in case there are labour matters.
  • Sound knowledge of current labour legislation
  • Sound knowledge on employee Contracts of Service and related documentation
  • Document Management
