A Multinational Service Provider is looking for an Insight Specialist to gather data, prototype solutions, package insights and extract data. The successful candidate will be tasked with business requirements, execute projects and derive business insight.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Locate and define new process improvements
Complete projects/tasks assigned or working with other staff (internal /external) and following up on assigned projects/task
Engage with customers to unpack requirements and design with for future requirements based on future needs.
Create Information and Insights Packs inclusive of PowerPoint, Dash boarding or Reporting
Create Business Requirements documents for Solutions up to Data Modelling and Data Mapping stages
Turn data into information so that the client can gain a better understanding of the gaps within their business
Utilize data to provide insights to the client in order to make effective business decisions
Interpret data, analyse results using statistical tools and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and data analytics
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems
Identify, analyse and interpret trends in complex data sets
Ensure adhere to departmental and company policies and rules
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 6 years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Degree or equivalent certification in an analytical field, MBA Finance will be an added advantage
Software: SQL experience inclusive of SSAS, SSRS and SSIS
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: business line processes, data, and associated applications
Skills To: Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability To: think analytically and conduct customer-facing communications
