Project Coordinator

Expanded Church Response (ECR) is a faith-based organization implementing OVC, GBV, HIV/AIDS, and other programs to mitigate human suffering and bring transformational development. ECR has implemented programs funded by USAID, European Union, UNICEF, and Global Fund either directly or through a number of highly regarded local and international organizations. Working with partners like these, the private sector, faith leaders, traditional leaders, and government, we are seeing communities awakened to new ways to improve quality of life for the most vulnerable and strengthened to become the force to forge their own transformation.

Project Coordinator – Kitwe

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of a Parenting Skills Training program under the DREAMS Initiative. The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator will include supervising facilitators, coordinatingthe distribution of all necessary program materials as need be so as to ensure successful project implementation, identifying technical assistance needs of Facilitators and coordinating the provision of technical assistance, collaborating with other stakeholder and DREAMS partners as necessary, establishing community linkages and maintaining community relationships.

Requirements

Minimum of a Diploma in a related field; Prior experience implementing multi-session group-level interventions; Understanding of evidence-based programming; Demonstrated leadership skills; Excellent organizational skills
