Sales and Marketing Assistant at Insight Partners Africa Ltd

As part of our continued growth and expansion, Insight Partners Africa Ltd is looking for professionals to join our firm as a Workshops Marketing Coordinator.

JOB TYPE:

Full time three (3) year renewable contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare adverts for distribution
• Create marketing campaigns on MailChimp and make follow ups
• Update Facebook page with workshop details
• Manage customer registrations and relationships using MailChimp
• Print workbooks, exercises etc. for the training
• Prepare reports for workshop held
• Update brochure with annual workshops & dates
• Update website with training courses

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS-MANDATORY:

• FULLY Qualified in Marketing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other online documents, such as Google Docs.
• Working knowledge of MailChimp, CorelDraw or other designing tools a MUST.
• Must be solution driven
• Aged between 25 and 30 years

EDUCATION MANDATORY:

• FULLY Qualified in Marketing
