Medical Doctor (French Speaking) at International SOS

International SOS is always looking to receive CVs from Medical Doctors, who as well as speaking English, are fluent in French, as positions within the African region frequently arise in countries requiring this language – For example:

Western Africa

Democratic Republic of Congo

Republic of Congo

Madagascar

Angola

Chad

Positions are based on a rotational basis, with a typical rotation being either 4-6 weeks on duty followed by 4-6 weeks off duty.  During the on duty days, you will receive a daily rate which is paid in USDollars.  The daily rate applies to ON DUTY days only.  Flights, accommodation, meals, coupled with all the necessary remote site insurances are included.

Criteria to apply:

• Must be registered in country of origin


• Minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience (with some in a Clinic/Hospital emergency setting)


• Hold a valid ACLS (desirable)


• Hold a valid ATLS or equivalent (desirable)


• Previous remote site experience beneficial


• Fluent in French


• Have a good command of the English language
