Chinese-Speaking Sales Associate at Jewel of Africa

Jewel of Africa is seeking an experienced Chinese-speaking Sales Associate who is confident in achieving both individual and collective sales objectives for our flagship store in Lusaka.

The candidate should be confident in using WeChat as a form of communication with the clients, be customer focus and have perseverance. Experience working with jewellery and gemstone industry is a plus.

If you are a strong brand ambassador who is service-led and goes further and beyond to meet your clients expectations, this may be the perfect role for you.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fluent speaking both English and Chinese (this is compulsory for this position)
• Have experience in sales and marketing
• Be passionate about gems & jewellery
• Able to create and maintain strong relationships with VIP Clients
