Position: ADMIN INTERN

Candidates: 3

Jianfeng Business Solutions is currently looking for a smart, innovative and experienced individual to join the organization as interns.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brain storming to come up with better working systems

  • Organizing, and filing hard-copy and electronic data

  • Data entry

  • PACRA Service (Company Registration, amendments etc.)

  • NAPSA Service (Submissions and payment)

  • ZDA Services

  • Banks Services

  • Filing of annual returns with various statutory bodies.

  • All other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

  • Drafting letters and instructions

  • Organizing the office

    • REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES.

  • An open mind and creativity

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly driven individual

  • Fantastic time management and organizational skills

  • Highly inquisitive and dangerously keen on learning

  • And yes, Honest, Modest, committed and like-able

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business administration, management studies
