QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICERS (2)

The role shall involve the following but not limited;

• Support Quality Assurance programs, processes and facilities.
• Prepare Quality documents for the facility.
• Oversee the implementation of cGMP(current Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Provide Annual Quality reports to Quality Managers.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with the establishment of harmonized quality procedures.
• Assist the Quality Manager with the investigation and reporting of quality issues such as deviations, complaints and non-compliances.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade twelve certificate.
• Science related degree / diploma.
• Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
• Good self management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

WAREHOUSE PHARMACY TECHNOLOGIST  (1)

• Oversee implementation of Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices.
• Oversee routine logistics functions including product shipment, coordinating courier schedules and documenting as necessary.
• Provide exemplary customer support.
• Work hand in hand with the stores Officer in stock verification, reconciliation and corrections.
• Receiving, checking of pharmaceutical equipment.
• Management of raw materials and dispatching to the appropriate sectors.
• Review the Warehouse SOPs and assure their implementation.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in Pharmacy Technology / related field.
• 0 – 2 years experience in Warehouse management.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient with MS office tools.
