Associate Manager

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Associate Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Duties:
Organize various meetings and presentations ;
Look after the clients and customers of the organization ;
Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the branch’s retail growth and profitability ;
Control expenses ;
Develop training programs and hiring plans ;
Perform administrative activities ;
Manage financial planning and reporting ;
Ensure quality standards are being met ;
Perform additional duties and projects.

Bachelor or higher degree ;
5+ years of experience in a related field ;
Strong analytical skills ;
Problem solving skills ;
Excellent communication skills.
