Assist in the recruitment process ;
Update HR database ;
Prepare HR documents ;
Participate in HR projects ;
Answer employees who have queries around HR policies and procedures ;
Assist in payroll management process ;
Assist line managers regarding employment legislation.
HR background ;
Proven experience as HR administrator or HR assistant ;
Excellent organizational skills ;
Strong administration skills ;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ;
Experience with an HR software.
