We are looking for profiles and CVs of HR Assistants that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
As an HR assistant you will:
Maintain calendars of HR management team ;
Participate in recruitment efforts ;
Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process ;
Prepare new employee files ;
Update and enter data on the computer system ;
Administrate payroll and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources ;
No experience required ;
Proactive, confident, self-motivated ;
Flexible, adaptable ;
Sense of service ;
Must be able to prioritize activities and tasks.
