HR Manager

We are in need for profiles and CVs of HR Managers that will be sent to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Duties:
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs
Prepares budget of human resources operations
Conducts annual salary surveys

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
Capability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
