Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations ;
Recruit, interview and train team members ;
Drive sales and revenue ;
Ensure guest satisfaction ;
Ensure that the hotel's financial, business and customer service objectives are achieved ;
Communicate with guests ;
Develop the annual business plan ;
Manage the Housekeeping Department ;
Review financial reports ;
Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the hotel industry ;
