Job Overview:

Substantial experience and demonstrated knowledge in recruitment and selection, labor laws and employment standards.
Qualifications;

• Grade twelve (12) certificate
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in the related job
• Valid membership with Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management

• Strategic thinking and Analytical skills
• Conversant with Microsoft word, Excel, outlook and other software
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
• Report writing
