Description

A micro financial institution is looking for a vibrant individual to fill the position of loan officer- Lusaka branch.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To provide customers with one stop short term loan facilities achieved through an in depth knowledge of the company’s products, services and operating procedures.

  • To manage arrears for Lusaka branch and make follow ups on defaulted loans.

  • To ensure high level of customer service and convenience by efficient and flexible use of front office resources.

  • To sell and cross sell company’s products in order to achieve a high level of customer retention and attraction of new customers.

    • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of diploma in any business course.

  • Experience in sales will be an added advantage.
