Loan Officer Trainees at Microloan Foundation Zambia Limited

MicroLoan Foundation is a microfinance Organization whose mission is to help poor Zambian women entrepreneurs work their way out of poverty. It achieves this mandate by providing small loans, Business skills trainings and savings facilitation. MLF works in the Eastern, Northern and Southern Provinces of Zambia. A vacancy for Loan officer trainee has arisen in its Lundazi branch. The incumbents will report to the Branch Manager.

The loan officer Trainee will among other things do the following:

• Establish credit groups in Lundazi area.
• Prepare loan disbursements to credit groups.
• Provide pre and post disbursement training to credit groups.
• And monitor performance of credit group

The training program is for 4 months and successfull candidates will be considered for full time jobs with Microloan Foundation.

The Minimum Requirements are:

• Certificate in any related course such as social work, community development, agriculture, business administration e.t.c
• Motorbike Riding License
• Computer Skills will be added advantage
• Women are encouraged to apply
• Age below 25 years old
