Legal Assistant x2 at Ministry of Home Affairs – Office of the Commissioner for Refugees

The incumbent reports directly to the Senior Legal Advisor or Refugee Officer and will attend to the registration of asylum seekers and all queries and issues of concern received from refugees.

Qualifications and Experience;

• Full Grade 12 certificate or equivalent;
• Degree or Diploma in Law or legal studies, Social work, Social science, Adult Education and or a similar professional qualification;
• At least two years working experience;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and other MS office applications;
• Knowledge of population management; and
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and writing skills;
