IT HELP DESK SUPPORT
REQUIREMENT
- Installation and configuration of Operating systems and application
- Basic knowledge on Computer Network.
- Communication and follow-up with vendors and ISP for IT and internet related issues giving on site support to users
- Willing to adopt and learning new technologies
- Good diagnosis skill.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Should have grade 12 qualifications & Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science
- Experience: Fresher/ 1 year experience
- And Good communication skills
