KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS):

• Teaching courses at both undergraduate and post graduate levels
• Teaching courses at both undergraduate and post graduate levels
• Supervising students; Research projects
• Supervising students during Teaching Practice
• Conducting research and engage in relevant community activities
• Performing any other duties that promote and develop the department as may be assigned from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

• Grade 12 or Form V Certificate or its equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree with merit or better in the specialised field
• Masters degree (taught) in applicable field from a reputable University
• An earned PhD in the related field
• At least two (2) years teaching or research experience at a tertiary level
• Must show proof of peer reviewed academic publications
• Must be computer literate
• Relevant research or potential/capacity to initiate projects and activities relevant field of specialisation.
