Software Technician at National Institute of Public Administration

Role Purpose:

Provides technical support to users of computer systems by ensuring continuity of usage and regular updates and undertakes hardware repairs.

Reports to: Software Development Specialist

Knowledge and Skills requirements

• Grade 12/University entrant
• Diploma or equivalent in IT Tertiary qualification or equivalent, Degree will be added advantage
• Minimum of one (01) year experience
• Sound network installation and PC skills
• Good working knowledge of computer software and a variety of internet applications networks and operating systems
• Diligent with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational
• Analytical
• Oral and written communication skills
• Member of the ICT Association of Zambia
