POST: Director

PURPOSE

To plan, organize, direct, control, co-ordinate, supervise, interpret and implement Board Policies and Programmes so as to ensure sustainability of the museum.

ELIGIBILITY

• Grade 12/form V school certificate
• Minimum of MA/Msc MBA in a museum related field
• Minimum of five years experience in a managerial position
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in Human Resource Management, organizational behavior and conflict management
• Computer literacy
• Driving competence is added advantage
• Income/Revenue generation and financial management experience
• Basic knowledge in Labour Laws is an added advantage.

Those who do not meet minimum qualifications need not apply.
