A registered and established non-bank financial institution invites applications for the position of Office Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for the clients; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing the MD’s diary and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing filing systems
- Managing office affairs as may be delegated from time to time by Management
Skills
- Appreciation of MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Be methodical and organised
Requirements
- At least one year working experience in a similar position
- A minimum diploma in secretarial studies.
