Stores Officer at NRB Pharma Zambia Limited

We are looking for a results driven Pharmaceutical stores Officer to be responsible for the overall stores management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance system operations of the production plant.

Responsibilities

• Organize all stores operations including stores documentations in the Company.
• Supervise all stores personnel towards maximum performance
• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for maximum efficiency
• Monitor stock levels and ensure there no stock outs
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Reconcile delivery notes to finished goods/dispatches on monthly basis as stipulated by ZAMRA.
• Maintain and manage finished goods, raw materials and packing materials warehouse.
• Maintain bin card system in all stores warehouse.
• Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
• 5 years experience in the same field.
