PDH Foundation trading as Urban Bliss Hotel seeks to recruit qualified individuals in the new hotel opening soon:

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Job Purpose: To oversee all Food and Beverage activities within the kitchen, two restaurants and banquets/events, while managing employees, inventory, financials, and resolving problems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Food and Beverage related areas of the hotel including employees
• Maintaining inventory and order levels
• Resolve any problems that may arise within the department

Qualifications

• Full grade twelve certificate/DipIoma in hospitality management/food production
• 5 years of experience in managing a Food and Beverage Department
• 35 years-old and above
• Competences and Experience
• Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication/Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
