Maintenance Technician

Job Purpose:

To repair and maintain all factory equipment ensuring that all equipment runs efficiently.

Key Accountabilities:

• Regular checks on all equipment in the factory
• Carry out all repairs and maintenance in the factory buildings and containers
• Inform supervisor of all machines/equipment and spare parts that are required
• Implement a service and maintenance plan

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate in Power Electrical or a related field
• Valid Driver’s License
• Certificate in or knowledge of maintenance of specialized meat processing equipment will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years electrical experience in an FMCG company
• Resilient
• Good communication and planning skills
