Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or any other social science from a recognized learning institution
Dove payroll experience a must
Must be a member of ZIHRM
3 Years post qualification experience
Duties
Assist evaluate department processes
Recommends and coordinates needed changes based on process.
Assists staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
Assists to conducts interviews, hires new staff, and provides employee orientation.
Induction of new staff.
Process payroll using Dove Payroll
Provide coaching and career development advice to staff.
Assist providing training meetings and conducts safety meetings
Assist in job evaluation
Any other duties that may be assigned by the Human Resource Manager
