Description

This position entails day to day liaison with various stakeholders i.e. Home owners, lawyers, banks, utility companies, statutory regulators etc.

The person should be confident in communication and managing meetings.

The role shall involve the following but not limited;

  • Provide safety and security
  • Communicate with Local Authorities
  • Prepare Monthly and Annual Report
  • Managing  insurance for the Community
  • Define and enforce rules and regulations
  • Administration and day to day supervision of staff
  • Monitor and review construction and Houses Design review
  • Enforce compliance
  • Review and amend design guidelines
  • Manage common areas
  • Contract support services
  • Initiate repair or replacement
  • Communication and Liaison between with HO and BOT
  • Control activities within Roma Park

Qualifications and Attributes

  • 5 – 7 Years Experience in Property Management
  • Degree in  any of -Property Management / Business Admin/Business management/ or one of similar field
  • I.T Proficiency
  • 5 Years Driving Experience with Valid license
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Dispute resolution
  • Strong Personality, Clean Criminal Record
  • Report Writing Skills
  • Sound Decision maker
  • Team player
