Description

Coordinate the provision of effective financial  and administration support services within the business including preparation of budgets, financial and management accounts, in compliance with legislation and Company policies and procedure.

The job holder will undertake the following tasks among others:

  • Ensure business compliance with Company Financial policies in respect of budget processes.
  • Ensures business compliance with Company accounting and administrative practices, in conformance with legislation and generally accepted accounting practice
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
  • Ensure company is compliant with all statutory requirements
  • Prepare payrolls, collect and bank funds
  • Perform administrative and HR functions

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
  • Excellent knowledge of the construction industry, best practices, Health and safety and regulatory compliance
  • Minimum five years experience.
