Ticket Sales Attendants at Scorpion Motorways

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge daily of ticket sales and related transactions.
• Handle all daily transactions in relation to bookings, reservations and cancellations.
• In charge of shift opening and closing and handing over as required.
• Handling of all customer inquiries and complaints and forwarding to the appropriate office.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year+ experience in  Sales  or similar environment.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience, preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional qualification in Sales or Book Keeping an added advantage.
• Fluent in English with good literacy level both spoken and written.
• Self starter with basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet.
