Head Chef (2)

Duties

• manage all day to day operations of the kitchen
• make sure that all the food that are coming out of the kitchen are of standard-monitoring stocks in the kitchen
• supervise all the chefs and porters in the kitchen
• maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
• report all faults on kitchen equipment’s education & experience
• grade 12 school certificate
• diploma or degree in food production
• more than five years work experience as a head chef
