The University seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position of Clinical Administrative Officer

Job Description

  • To assist in clinical admistrative duties for undergraduate and postgraduate level in clinical medicine, areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.

  • To ensure attendance schedules, progress reports, time-tables, logbooks are ordered in line with TAU operation procedures in procurement.

  • To assist maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.

  • To assist in the preparation of departmental, student and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.

  • Assist with data entry and analysis under the supervision of the Head of Department

    • Requirements

    Qualifications

  • Medical Liencient Diploma / Degree in Clinical Sciences or Clinical Sciences Diploma with Five Years Post-graduate experience

  • Diploma in Medical Statistics

    • Work Experience

    • 2 To 4 Years of work experience
    • Age between 26 to 55 years
